Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5pm-6:30pm at Tom Watson Park

What to bring to practice:

pre-applied sunscreen and bug repellant
cleats
mouth guard
practice top
rugby shorts
Game schedule:
Saturday mornings
TEAM EQUIPMENT
Required Equipment:
Cleats (regular soccer boots)
Mouthguard
Rugby Shirt (provided)
Navy Blue Cotton shorts
Navy Blue Long socks
Optional Equipment - Under Armour top / Under Armour shorts.

COACHING STAFF
Our volunteer coaches have years of rugby experience. Emphasis is placed on proper tackling skills that are taught by USA Rugby certified coaching staff. There will be an American Red Cross trained CPR/First-Aider at practices – for games, a professional athletic trainer will be present. There will be frequent water breaks on hot days.
