The Boulder Men's team play in Rocky Mountain Division II. We're always happy to welcome players of any experience level, including those new to the sport. Training is held twice a week during the spring & fall seasons, on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6-8pm. In the summer, we play two-hand touch with the whole club on the same evenings.
The Boulder Babes are a Division II women's rugby team. We welcome new players of all ability levels, no experience necessary! Training is every Tuesday & Thursday evening from 6-8pm with games on Saturdays during our spring & fall seasons. In summer, you'll find us playing two-hand touch with the club on the same evenings. The Boulder High School Lions consist of players from all the local schools including Boulder, Fairview, Niwot, Centaurus, Erie, Longmont, Lafayette, Mead, and Silver Creek. New players of all experience and fitness levels always welcome! Join us for training on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at 5-6:30pm from January through May.
The high school girls rugby team plays 7's each fall. This fun and fast-paced sport open to everyone. No previous experience is necessary to play, we'll teach you everything you need to know. In rugby there is a position for all abilities, shapes, and sizes. Practices are every Tuesday & Thursday from 5-6:30pm with games on the weekends.
BOULDER OLD BOYS (AGE 35 AND UP)
If your idea of practice is warming up for 5 minutes, playing touch for 10 minutes, and heading to the bar to discuss the 'glory days,' you are in the right place! We currently play in Rocky Mountain Division IV. For ages 35+ but really, it's more a state of mind.
Girls Rugby, Inc runs an established training program designed especially for girls in grade 2-8 at our home training ground Tom Watson Park here in Boulder. Flag Rugby is a fun, all-inclusive way to introduce young girls to the fundamental skills of rugby with a big emphasis on having fun! No experience is needed to play and all are welcome to come try it out!
