Coming to practice for the first time? Wear weather-appropriate active wear, cleats if you have them, or running shoes if you don't. When you fall in love with rugby, you can buy soccer cleats at any sporting goods store or heavy duty rugby cleats at Rocky Mountain Soccer in the strip mall at the northwest corner of 28th and Iris (the sign just says SOCCER). You will eventually need a mouth guard, available at sporting goods stores or Target and similar stores.
